The Cooper Union Architecture Elective 2013

How to Play Paul Klee

In the last two hundred years, blocks and construction sets have provided evidence of the social and economic lives of their periods, reflected stylistic inclinations, and incorporated technological changes in "systems of construction."

Designed by adults for children, architectural toys present an intersection between generations — a meeting point between play, pedagogy, means of production, and architecture.
